Lilikoi Jelly #3

Mrs. Clarence Lyman – Puueo

  • 4 c lilikoi juice
  • 7½ c sugar
  • 1 bottle Certo

Cut lilikoi in half and remove pulp. Place in cheese cloth and squeeze out juice. Measure 4 c into large saucepan.

Add sugar to juice and mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in Certo at once, bring to a full boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim, pour quickly into glasses. Seal at once.
