Lomi Lomi Salmon
- 1/2 pound salted salmon
- 6 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- Pinch of Hawaiian salt
- 1 stalk green onion, minced
Rinse salmon several times and soak in water to cover 2-3 hours. Drain; remove bones and skin then shred. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
