Scrambled Eggs With Long Rice

- 1 T oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c green onion, cut fine
- 1/2 bunch long rice
Soak long rice in hot water, then cut into 3/4 inch lengths and drain. Beat eggs slightly with salt and add long rice and onions. Fry slowly.
