Crumb Cookies
- 2 blocks butter
- 2 blocks margarine
- 1½ cups sugar
- Crushed cornflake crumbs
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- chopped nuts (optional)
Cream butter, margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add sifted flour and vanilla. Roll into marble sized balls. Roll into crushed cornflake crumbs. Flatten with glass bottom on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
