French Cheese Casserole

  • 2 pounds of frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz. sour cream

Mix above ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 baking dish.

Sprinkle cornflake or bread crumbs on top.

Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.

OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese may be mixed into the casserole.
