Yummy Bean Dip
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can olives, sliced
- 1 large bottle of Catalina dressing
- 1 garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Maui onion, chopped
- 1 red (yellow or orange) bell pepper, chopped
- 2-4 tomatoes, chopped
- Cilantro, chopped
- Cubed cheese, optional
- Drain beans.
- Combine all of the ingredients and stir gently.
- If desired, add garlic salt and pepper.
- Serve as a dip for taco chips.
