Clam Balls
- 1 container Surimi
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 can water chestnuts, minced
- green onions
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. shoyu (soy sauce)
- Panko
Combine all ingredients, except panko. Chill.
With rounded teaspoonful of mixture, form ball and roll in panko. Deep fry.
