All-Purpose Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 gal. Heinz White Vinegar
  • 5 lb. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salt

Put in saucepan and stir until sugar dissolves. Makes 6 12-oz. bottles.

Suggested uses:
1. Namasu—pour sauce over chopped/sliced vegetables.
2. Mix with mayonnaise and pour over tossed salad (for oriental flavor, add miso to taste and sesame seed).
3. Sushi
4. Spare ribs
