Curry Dip
- 1 Egg, hard boiled
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons Celery (both leaves and stalks), minced
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, finely minced
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Press hard cooked egg through a metal sieve or grater. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate until cold. Serve with raw vegetables.
For a thicker dip, add another egg.
