Chili Cheese Roll

  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound Cheddar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 bulb garlic, peeled
  • Chili powder

Grate Velveeta and Cheddar; place in a bowl. Add walnuts and cream cheese and mix until blended. Using a garlic press, press cloves through press directly onto cheese mixture. Also add garlic pulp. Mix until well blended.

Shape into a log. Roll in chili powder until well covered. Wrap in waxed paper then in plastic wrap. Chill several days to marry the flavors. Remove wrappings and serve.

NOTE: Do not use an electric mixer.
