Guacamole

  • 2 fully ripe medium avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp Red Chili Sauce or Fresh Tomato Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Corn chips

Mash avocado. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Serve with corn chips.

Yield: 1-1/4 cups
