Bread Pudding

- 4 Cups Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 6 Ea Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 16 Ea Slices White Bread
- Butter
- Cinnamon Sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a 9″x13″ baking pan (glass is best).
2. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Toast the bread slices and break into bite-sized pieces. Put pieces into custard mixture, stir, and let soak for at least 10 minutes.
4. Pour mixture into baking pan. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar and dot with butter.
5. Bake for at least 1 hour or until done (no liquid left). Bread pudding will rise during baking and sink when cooling.
6. Let cool and keep refrigerated.
