Mango Pie

  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups mangoes, sliced
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Blend cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar to cream mixture. Add mangoes. Pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Cut in wedges.

Graham Cracker Crust:

Combine 1 cup fine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp. sugar and 3 tbsp. melted butter or margarine. Press firmly into unbuttered 9 inch pie plate. Chill till firm about 45 minutes.
