Honolulu Cream Pie
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups pineapple (crushed)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix together sugar, salt and flour. Blend well and add egg yolks and Milk. Cool until smooth and creamy. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Bake pie shell and cover with meringue and bake.
