Macadamia Nut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup butter
  • 9 tbsp. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2½ cups sifted cake flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1½ cups macadamia nuts, chopped fine

Mix well. Shape into long rolls about 2” diameter. Chill, cut into ¼ inch slices and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Yield 6 dozen.
