Danish Macaroni Salad
- 1 cup Elbow macaroni
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1-2 tsp. horseradish
- Parsley
Cook macaroni, drain, rinse in cold water, drain again and chill. Whip cream until stiff. Add salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Stir in horseradish. Mix with chilled macaroni, garnish with parsley.
