Pineapple Party Salad

  • 1 No. 2½ can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped blanched almonds

Drain syrup from crushed pineapple and to the syrup add water to make 2 cups. Heat liquid, add both pkgs. of gelatin, and stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly congealed.

Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly oiled ring mold or individual molds. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise, yield 12 servings.
