7-Up Cake
Cream together 3 sticks butter and 3 cups sugar. Add 5 eggs, one at a time, blending after each. Add 3 cups unsifted flour; 2 Tbsp lemon extract. Fold in 3/4 cup 7-Up. Pour into well greased 12-cup Bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 – 1-1/4 hours. Allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning out.
