Sushi Rice

  • 6 c. rice, uncooked
  • 6 c. water

Sauce:

  • 1/3 c. Japanese vinegar
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/3 c. white sugar
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Ajinomoto
  1. Wash and cook rice as usual.
  2. When rice is done, place in pan to mix.
  3. Sprinkle some salt over the rice.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
  5. Pour sauce over the rice and use only the amount that you need. Keep the extra sauce for future use.
