Tutti Fruity Bars

Mrs. Helen Mason – Houselot

• 2 c raisins
• 1 beaten egg
• 2 apples, pared and grated
• 2 c sugar

Mix all ingredients above. Make enough pastry dough for three 9″ pies. Roll out ½ of dough to ⅛″ thickness on lightly floured board. Fit into cookie sheet and fill with above mixture. Roll out remaining dough and cover the top. Slit pastry to let out steam. Bake like apple pie and cut into desired shapes
