Tartar Sauce or for Vegetable Salad

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, sweet pickle juice or cider vinegar
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp. sugar

Combine the above ingredients and serve with fish fillet that was coated with crumbs, salted and fried. The sauce can also be mixed with 6 boiled eggs, cut in pieces, and served over lettuce pieces as salad.
