Sour Sop Pudding
1½ envelopes gelatin soaked in ½ cup water. Add to 1¼ cup water boiled with 1 cup sugar. Lemon juice. Cool. Add 2 cups strained Sop. Refrigerate. When slightly jelled, fold in 1 egg white firmly beaten.
