Sour Cream Dessert

Crust
- 2 blocks butter
- 4 T. powdered sugar
- 2 C. flour
Filling
- 22 oz. mandarin orange
- 1/2 C. juice from mandarin orange
- 1 T. sugar
- 24 oz. sour cream
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar together. Add the flour to make the dough. Press the dough into a 9×13-inch pan. Bake crust until golden brown. Let crust cool.
Filling: Mix juice, sugar, sour cream and pudding. Cut each mandarin orange segment in half. Add the orange segments to the pudding mixture. Pour mixture into the cooled crust. Top with Cool Whip then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
