Sour Cream Banana Bread

- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup sour cream
Cream first 4 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients and add. Fold in bananas and sour cream alternately. Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans at 350º for 1 hour.
