Smoked Salmon Appetizer

  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) smoked salmon
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) cottage cheese

Soften cream cheese and mix with cottage cheese until well blended. Put the salmon through a blender or mash with a fork. Add cheese mixture and mix well. Can be used for pupus, sandwiches or salad plate with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and radishes.
