Scrambled Eggs With Long Rice #2

  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup green onion, cut fine
  • 1/2 bundle long rice

Soak long rice in hot water, then cut into 3/4 inch lengths and drain. Beat eggs slightly with salt and add long rice and onions. Fry slowly.
