Scrambled Eggs With Long Rice #2
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup green onion, cut fine
- 1/2 bundle long rice
Soak long rice in hot water, then cut into 3/4 inch lengths and drain. Beat eggs slightly with salt and add long rice and onions. Fry slowly.
