Mango Nut Bread
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Sift dry ingredients together.
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 3 c. mango pulp
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Blend together and add to dry mixture. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50-60 minutes.
