Banana Bread
- 2 1/4 c. biscuit mix
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 c. banana pulp
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine and beat with beater for 3 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 x 2 pan, 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Frost if desired.
