Rice Pudding

Mrs. Fusae Nakakura – Haina

  • 2 c milk or milk and cream
  • ¾ c rice (cooked)
  • ½ c sugar
  • ½ to ¾ cup seeded raisins if desired

Mix ingredients. Place in baking dish and bake in moderate oven 30 to 45 min. Serve with thin or whipped cream. Note: one egg well beaten may be added to ingredients before baking.
