Red Cheese Ball

  • ½ lb. natural cheddar cheese, finely chopped
  • 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoon sherry
  • ¼ cup pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
  • ½ tsp. worchestershire sauce
  • Dash each of onion salt, celery salt, garlic salt
  • ½ cup dried beef, coarsely chopped.

Using electric mixer beat together cheddar and cream cheese, add sherry olives, worcestershire, and the seasoning salts, continue beating until well blended. Turn out on foil or waxed paper and round into a ball, wrap in foil & refrigerate. Roll on dried beef until completely covered.
