Quick Tortilla Pizza

  • 1 (10 inch) whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared pizza or marinara sauce
  • ¼ c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ c. diced, cooked chicken breast
  • ¼ c. sliced green bell peppers
  • ¼ c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh basil

Preheat oven to 450°. Place tortilla on baking sheet prepared with cooking spray. Spread tortilla with pizza or marinara sauce all the way to the edge. Sprinkle with cheese, chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, and basil. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool; cut and serve.
