Pumpkin Pie
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Follow ingredients as above and mix well, leaving egg white. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in gently. Sprinkle nutmeg, bake at 325 degrees F.
