Prunes/Apricot Preserve
- 2 lbs. prunes
- 1 lg pkg Li Hing Mui
- 1 lg pkg lemon peel
- 1 lg pkg apricot
- 1½ C lemon juice
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1 T Hawaiian salt
- 1 tsp five spices
Mix in bowl all the above and soak for 1 or 2 days.
