Pineapple Cheese Salad
- 2 T. Unflavored Gelatin
- ½ cup cold water
- 2 cups crushed pineapple (#2 can)
- 4 T. lemon juice
- ½ cup grated cheese
- ½ cup cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 bot. Avoset (1 cup whipped cream)
- 3/4 cup sugar
Di solve gelatin in cold water. Heat undrained pineapple, lemon juice and sugar; combine with gelatin. Chill in refrigerator until mixture starts to thicken. Add cheeses to mixture and fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
