Pineapple Cheese Salad

  • 2 T. Unflavored Gelatin
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple (#2 can)
  • 4 T. lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 bot. Avoset (1 cup whipped cream)
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Di solve gelatin in cold water. Heat undrained pineapple, lemon juice and sugar; combine with gelatin. Chill in refrigerator until mixture starts to thicken. Add cheeses to mixture and fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
