Pickled Mango #2
- 1 gal. green tender mangoes
- 6 cups water
- 4 cups brown raw sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- ¾ cup salt (Hawaiian)
- 2 tbsp. red coloring
Wash and slice mango in half. Mix all the other ingredients and boil. When cool, add the mangoes in. Store in jars.
