Peach Sherbet

Yoshie Iwasaki – Kawailani

  • 1 can peaches (#3 size)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 to 1¼ c sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c whipping cream

Crush the peaches, include the peach juice. Add sugar, lemon juice and salt. Pour into tray and freeze to a mush. Then fold in the cream and finish freezing.
