Orange Cookies

• 3 cups margarine
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 cups sugar
• 6 cups flour
• 2 tsp. orange extract

Cream margarine and sugar well. Add eggs and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add orange extract. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 325º F. till golden brown. Yield: 10 dozens
