Okinawa Donuts
Mrs. Sachiko Okayama – Haina
- 3 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 eggs
- 1½ c milk
- Oil
Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs and milk. Mix well. Heat oil until very hot.
Drop by teaspoonfuls in the hot fat and cook for only a few minutes until golden brown.
