Mock Pineapple Julius

• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup water
• 12 ice cubes
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 1 can (6 oz) frozen pineapple juice, thawed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Put milk and half of the ice cubes into blender. Blend until ice is coarsely crushed. Add pineapple juice, water, sugar, and vanilla; continue blending. Remove feeder cap; add remaining ice cubes, blending until ice is finely crushed. Serve immediately. Makes 6 (5 oz) servings.
