Okara and Surimi Patties
- 1 container of ready-to-eat okara
- 1 carton (8 oz.) surimi or Chinese fishcake
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 6 stalks watercress, finely chopped
- 1/2 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 konnyaku, finely sliced
Combine ingredients and mix well. Make patties and bake at 350° oven for 30 minutes.
NOTE: Any vegetable may be used.
