Neapolitan Dressing
- ½ cup salad oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1½ tsps. sugar
- Dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. finely chopped onion (green)
- 2 tsps. oregano
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a tight-fitting cover. Shake until thoroughly blended. Chill. Shake well before serving.
Yield: ⅔ cup.
