Mango Fruit Bread

  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon (or less)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped nuts.
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups mangoes, mashed or chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup crushed pineapple

Mix the dry ingredients well. Add raisins and nuts. Make a well. Add eggs, oil and the rest of the ingredients. Mix it well and leave for 20 minutes. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
