Kim Chee Crab

From Vern M. Nagasako, Managerial and Confidential, DAGS, Hawaii

  • 4 pounds cooked crab clusters, cut into pieces
  • 1 package Noh kim chee base
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped

In large bowl, add kim chee base to crab clusters. Add salt and pepper and mix. Add sesame oil and onion and mix. Refrigerate for one hour before serving. Serves 12.
