Kamaboko Stuffed in Celery

  • 3 stalks celery
  • Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Kamaboko

Cut inner stalks of celery into 2–3″ long pieces. Cut kamaboko into julienne strips; mix with mayonnaise and stuff celery with mixture.
Variation: For sandwich filling: chop up celery and add sweet pickle relish, mix in chopped kamaboko. Mix well with mayonnaise.
