Kaki Mochi

  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. shoyu
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1 tbsp. Furikake, seaweed & sesame seed mixture
  • 4-6 c. Corn or Wheat Chex

Dissolve sugar in shoyu in large saucepan. Add furikake and Chex. Pour in a tin foil lined baking pan and heat in 275 degree oven for 30 minutes or until Chex gets dry. Stir occasionally.
