Kaki Mochi
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. shoyu
- dash of cayenne
- 1 tbsp. Furikake, seaweed & sesame seed mixture
- 4-6 c. Corn or Wheat Chex
Dissolve sugar in shoyu in large saucepan. Add furikake and Chex. Pour in a tin foil lined baking pan and heat in 275 degree oven for 30 minutes or until Chex gets dry. Stir occasionally.
