Jell-O Cake

Diane Dutton Keliipio, Class of 1962

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg orange Jell-o
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup Wesson oil
• 3/4 cup apricot nectar

Mix together. Pour into greased, floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Make holes with a toothpick and pour the following mixture over cake:

Mixture:

• 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
• Juice of 1 orange – strained
• Juice of 1 lemon – strained
