Ice Cream Cookies
- 3 blocks butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 4 cups flour, sifted
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, a little at a time, mixing well. Put dough into a cookie presser and make cookies of all shapes! Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
Yield: 4 dozen
