Home-Made Corn Bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 c butter
- 2 c Bisquick
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 2 T corn meal (yellow)
- 1/2 c sugar
Beat eggs, milk and sugar and melt butter.
Fold in Bisquick and baking powder, then corn meal.
Place in 9″ x 9″ pan and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
