Harvey Wallbanger Cake

• 1 pkg (2-layer) orange cake mix
• 1 pkg (3-3/4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup cooking oil
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup Galliano
• 2 Tbsp vodka

In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add the eggs, oil, orange juice, Galliano and vodka. Beat on low speed of electric mixer for 1/2 minute; beat on medium speed for 5 mintues, scraping bowl frequently. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan; bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Or, pour into two greased 9-inch round cake pans; bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mintues. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to rack and pour on Glaze while cake is still warm.

Glaze: Combine 1 cup softed powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp orange juice, 1 Tbsp Galliano and 1 tsp vodka.
