Green Pepper-Miso Yaki (Green Pepper with Miso)

  • SERVINGS 3 – 4
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons miso
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 green peppers
  • ½ teaspoon gourmet powder

Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. Cut in ½-inch slices and fry in oil until soft. Add miso, gourmet powder and sugar. Stir while cooking over low heat for approximately five minutes.
